Man, this family is the coolest. Seriously, there could not be more incredible parents for this fun bunch of boys. I would love to be like them when I grow up, but I'm just not that awesome. ;)
I have been asking (begging) to take their family pictures for a while now, and finally one gorgeous late spring evening it worked. The light! The energy! The cooperation (they had a double batch of cookies waiting for them at home)! I was just in photographer heaven.

Now there is a family I recognize! And a great family they are, too. You did a great job - they look exactly as I remember them (except Merrill, who is definitely not the 11 year old I tortured, er, taught in Primary).
